About Microbrowse

Built to back independent companies with group-wide trust.

Microbrowse started life in 2024 as Sandwichify S.A., a two-person sandwich shop. A year later, the founders rebranded as Microbrowse and pivoted into technology. Today it's a group of seven operating companies spanning music, gaming, retail, storage, banking, and payments — each independent, all held to the same standard.

Our mission

Infrastructure for the way people actually live.

We don't chase a single category. We build and back the platforms people rely on without thinking twice — the app that plays their music, the terminal that rings up their coffee, the account that holds their savings, the network that moves the money between all of it.

Every Microbrowse company is run by operators who know their market cold. Our job at the group level is to give them the capital, security, and infrastructure to move faster than they could alone — and then get out of the way.

Our history

From a two-person sandwich shop to a seven-company group.

2024

Sandwichify S.A. opens its doors

Two founders start a neighborhood sandwich shop under the name Sandwichify S.A. — no tech ambitions yet, just sandwiches.

2025

The pivot: Sandwichify becomes Microbrowse

The checkout and file-storage tools built just to run the shop turn out to be the real business. The founders sell the sandwich operation and rebrand as Microbrowse, a technology holding company.

Early 2026

MicroPOS and Microdrive launch

The tools built to run Sandwichify's registers and back-office files ship as Microbrowse's first two products.

Mid 2026

MicroMix and Tunebox launch

Microbrowse enters entertainment with an on-demand streaming service and a companion digital music store.

Q3 2026

Microbanking, Nexopay Networks, and Meridian Gaming Group join

The lineup completes with a chartered digital bank, a payment network tying the group together, and a licensed online casino brand.

Today

Seven companies, one group

Less than two years after the sandwich shop closed, Microbrowse serves more than 22 million customers across 7 countries.

What we stand for

The four things every Microbrowse company agrees on.

01

Independence, with a safety net

Each company sets its own roadmap. The group provides the security, compliance, and infrastructure bench so they don't have to rebuild it alone.

02

Trust is non-negotiable

Whether it's a playlist or a bank account, customers hand us something personal. Every company is held to the same bar for security and transparency.

03

Build for decades, not quarters

We fund our companies to make long-term calls — the kind that take years to pay off but hold up for decades.

04

Responsible by default

From data handling to regulated gaming, we build guardrails in from day one rather than bolting them on after.
